Pricing & Booking Terms – Penzion Klídek 2025

Reservations & Gift Vouchers

• We offer gift vouchers for romantic stays for 2 guests with a private hot tub. Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
• All apartments include complimentary erotic furniture and toys – sensual swings, BDSM gear, and more, included in your stay at no extra cost.
• After booking, you'll receive a voucher with payment instructions. If you don't get it within 24 hours, please contact us by phone.
• If you cannot pay the deposit on time, contact us to arrange alternative options.

Unpaid deposits by the deadline will result in cancellation.

Accommodation Prices for 2026

Holidays & Special Dates

• Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve: +30% surcharge
• New Year's Eve stay minimum 30 Dec 2026 – 1 Jan 2027; shorter stays only if availability remains.

Cancellation policy – how we do it at Klídek

We want your stay to be all about peace and pleasure – with as few changes as possible. But life happens, plans shift, and sometimes you need to cancel or move your dates.

Here's our clear and fair cancellation system:

Cancellation fees depending on how close your arrival is:

• 0–7 days before arrival – 50% of the total stay

• 8–14 days before arrival – 40% of the total stay

• 15–21 days before arrival – 30% of the total stay

• 22–30 days before arrival – 20% of the total stay

• 1–2 months before arrival – 10% of the total stay

• More than 2 months before arrival – no cancellation fee

Deposit & payment

After you make a reservation, we'll send you the details for the deposit payment.
If the deposit is not paid by the due date, we'll sadly have to cancel the reservation and release the dates for other guests.

If you can't pay the deposit on time for serious reasons, just get in touch – if we can, we'll agree on a different due date.

When we don't charge a cancellation fee

We're Klídek, not a corporation.

We do not charge cancellation fees in these cases:

• A tragic event in your close family
  (we'll just need appropriate documentation),

• You find a replacement couple/guests who take over your stay.

In situations like these, we'll always try to find the most sensitive and calm solution together.

Gift Vouchers

• Weekend voucher (Fri 4 PM – Sun 10 AM): from 8,200 CZK / 2 guests
• Weekday vouchers priced as per stay length (see above)
• Weekday vouchers can be used on weekends with a price difference surcharge.

Accommodation & Amenities

• All apartments have a private KING SPAS hot tub.
• Erotic furniture and toys are included free of charge in every apartment!
• Apartment no. 4 has a balcony.
• Adults only – no children allowed.
• Complimentary iron, ironing board, and hairdryer provided.

Hot Tub Use Policy

· Hot tubs are exclusively for your use throughout the day.

· Please be considerate – avoid using the hot tub late at night to respect other guests' rest.

Group Bookings & Additional Services

Groups renting the entire pension may book our former pub space by arrangement; pricing is negotiated individually. 

Payments & ATMs

• We do not accept card payments.
• Nearest ATMs in Úpice and Česká Skalice.
